A delicious home interior design is shown by the brilliant Bokor Architecture & Interiors. It is a modern minimalist Pyrmont Apartment which spells edgy and charismatic appeal to steal our hearts away. Originally, the apartment was nothing like this but after the successful project on redesigning the space, the house looks really like a million bucks.
It is located in Sydney. The apartment which is today popularly known as M Central was before a Sydney’s first wool store in Pyrmont in 1882. Then it was also turned into a car park in the late 1980′s. after that, it was used as the house of the motor museum which became well known for its slot car track. It was just a parking area until in 2005 it was again converted into an apartment. You can imagine how many changes were done and how long the journey is to make it appear like. This In fact, the refurbishment of this very space was done at the end of the year in 2012. There is an involvement of amalgamating two existing loft-style apartments and uniting them into one. There are also some new spaces added inside, a kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Before, this space was really unexposed to the natural light until the partitions and tenancy walls were ripped to let the natural sun light illuminate the space properly.
The combination between the dark materiality and the light is quite balance providing a stunning space to be proud of. The air circulation is fixed to work properly and the views can be seen nicely to feel refreshed. As demanded by the family, each space should be flooded with light and make them spacious enough to feel free inside the house. In total, the house is super duper great dwelling with style and comfort to seduce and woo the lookers.
